01What can come back
Robes that are unworn, unwashed and still folded as they arrived, within 45 days of delivery.
02Exchanging a size
Email [email protected] with your order number and the size you want. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the new size when the first one is on its way back.
03Refunds
For a refund instead, return postage is on you (unless the robe was faulty or we sent the wrong item). Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
04Faults
A loose seam or a flaw in the weave? Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it in full.
